Description

  • Answer and manage inbound and outbound calls from clients, brokers, and partners with professionalism and empathy.
  • Provide accurate ETAs and respond promptly to broker-related inquiries.
  • Follow Wingz and partner client standard operating procedures and service standards.
  • Coordinate with leadership, dispatch, and other departments to resolve issues quickly and keep operations aligned.
  • Document conversations and updates accurately in the company database or CRM system.
  • Handle calls with urgency and attention to detail to ensure timely, high-quality support.
  • Escalate critical or unresolved issues to the appropriate teams when needed.
  • Identify trends and share feedback to support process improvements.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of phone-based support experience for international companies in B2B or B2C settings.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, empathetic tone.
  • Ability to learn new tools, systems, and client processes quickly.
  • Interest in helping people, especially in healthcare and transportation contexts.
  • High energy, enthusiasm, and a positive team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability and accuracy.
  • Willingness to work ET hours, including weekends or holidays depending on operational needs.
  • Experience supporting clients in fast-paced, detail-oriented environments is preferred.
