Description

  • Answer incoming patient calls professionally in English and Spanish.
  • Schedule routine and emergency dental appointments in Dentrix, including weekend emergency coverage.
  • Make recall and hygiene outreach calls and schedule or reschedule appointments.
  • Manage the marketing and lead-tracking portal, including assigning call statuses and tracking call sources.
  • Monitor the remote patient check-in system and assist patients with digital paperwork and iPad check-in.
  • Assist with insurance verification, prior authorizations, outbound calls, and other front-office tasks.
  • Support full-arch program scheduling and initial patient communication as the practice grows.

Requirements

  • Previous dental office experience, including dental front-desk or reception experience.
  • Strong experience with dental scheduling and high-volume incoming calls.
  • Experience handling or triaging emergency dental calls.
  • Experience with dental recall and hygiene scheduling.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a warm, patient-focused approach.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and commit to a long-term position.
  • Availability for a 40-hour Thursday–Monday schedule, including required Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays when open.
  • Experience with Dentrix, marketing or lead-tracking platforms, remote dental practices, insurance verification, or prior authorizations is preferred.
