Description

  • Evaluate search results and provide subjective and objective ratings based on project rules and conventions.
  • Complete rating tasks in Spanish (Mexico) for the client’s search quality and AI data project.
  • Use judgment to understand user intent and assess the relevance and quality of online search experiences.
  • Follow client instructions, project conventions, and quality standards consistently.
  • Complete required learning modules and pass a quality test before beginning work.
  • Set and manage your own schedule to meet weekly project goals.
  • Communicate with the project management team during business hours when support is needed.

Requirements

  • Fully proficient in Spanish (Mexico).
  • Strong understanding of English.
  • Must be located in Mexico.
  • Strong understanding of popular culture in Spanish (Mexico).
  • Must be dedicated only to the Search Quality rating program and not other search or ads rating programs.
  • Must not have current or previous experience with ads quality rating.
  • Web-savvy and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent online research skills.
  • Reliable computer system and internet connection.
  • Reliable anti-virus software.
  • Ability to follow instructions in English and comply with client rules and conventions.
  • Must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement to protect client confidentiality.
  • Must pass the client’s learning modules and required quality test before starting work.
  • Use of a Gmail address for the application is required.
