Description

  • Participate in two user research sessions approximately seven days apart.
  • Use Instagram normally and provide light ongoing feedback between sessions.
  • Record and upload short selfie-style video responses.
  • Share honest feedback about the Instagram+ subscription experience.
  • Complete approximately 1.5–2 hours of study activities in total.
  • Provide an Instagram username so subscription eligibility can be verified.

Requirements

  • Currently reside in Brazil, India, or Thailand.
  • Have an active, paid Instagram+ subscription held for more than one month; free trials are not eligible.
  • Use Instagram on an iPhone or Android smartphone.
  • Be comfortable sharing honest feedback and recording short videos.
  • Be able to complete the study in English or your native language.
  • No professional software testing experience is required.
