Description

  • QC and synchronize Hindi and Punjabi lyrical content.
  • Edit and quality-check metadata according to established style guides.
  • Evaluate internal and external content against quality standards before publication.
  • Identify issues and inconsistencies across large volumes of content and apply documented guidelines.
  • Collaborate with local and international teams to monitor and improve product quality.
  • Identify recurring errors and support process improvements.
  • Adapt to changing products and project priorities.
  • Follow detailed style guides and documented processes consistently.

Requirements

  • Experience in technology, product, digital media, or entertainment.
  • Experience handling metadata.
  • Experience moderating language content in the target language.
  • Native-level fluency in Punjabi and full professional proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Strong research, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable with repetitive work.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, meet deadlines, and make sound judgments in a fast-paced environment.
  • Broad knowledge of and passion for music, musicians, and genres.
  • Preferred proficiency with Mac OS systems.
  • Flexibility to support additional projects as business needs require.

Benefits

  • Remote work from India.
  • INR 650,000 annual pay rate.
  • 12-month contract with possible extension.
  • Monday–Friday schedule, 12:30 p.m.–9:30 p.m. IST, totaling 40 hours per week.
