Description

  • Conduct detailed quality assurance audits across clinical and operational processes.
  • Review documentation, reports, and case materials for accuracy, compliance, and adherence to healthcare standards.
  • Use QA tools and platforms, including CentralReach, to assess performance and identify gaps.
  • Interpret and apply healthcare regulations and standards across cases and scenarios.
  • Provide clear, constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement.
  • Analyze data in Excel and other tools to track trends, identify risks, and support decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and improve quality standards.
  • Develop and refine QA processes, frameworks, and documentation.
  • Translate complex findings into concise, actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple audits and projects using project management tools.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in quality assurance, healthcare administration, compliance, auditing, or a related role preferred.
  • Experience in ABA or healthcare is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to review large volumes of information and identify discrepancies.
  • Strong spreadsheet and computer skills, including Excel.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Strong follow-through, accountability, independence, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Comfort providing professional and constructive feedback to team members.

Benefits

  • US working hours: 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. EST.
  • Compensation paid in South African Rand (ZAR).
