Description

  • Review search-related content and provide subjective and objective ratings based on project rules and conventions.
  • Use judgment to assess user intent and improve the online search engine experience.
  • Complete tasks in English (Canada) according to client guidelines and quality standards.
  • Set and manage your own weekly schedule to meet minimum project hours and goals.
  • Collaborate with the project management team during business hours when support is needed.
  • Follow confidentiality requirements and protect client information by signing an NDA.
  • Complete required learning modules and pass the client’s quality test before starting work.

Requirements

  • Must be fully proficient in English (Canada) with a strong understanding of English.
  • Must be located in Canada.
  • Must have a strong understanding of popular culture in English (Canada).
  • Must be dedicated only to the Search Quality rating program and not participate in other search or ads rating programs.
  • Must not have current or previous experience in Ads quality rating.
  • Must be web-savvy and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have excellent online research skills.
  • Must have a reliable computer system, internet connection, and anti-virus software.
  • Must be able to follow instructions in English and comply with the client’s rules and conventions.
  • Must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement and pass the required training modules and quality test before beginning work.
