Description

  • Make outbound calls and take inbound appointments with pre-qualified workshop registrants and interested prospects.
  • Run discovery conversations to understand each prospect’s financial, emotional, and mental situation.
  • Qualify whether the company’s Infinite Banking and passive-income approach is a fit for the prospect.
  • Guide qualified prospects into the appropriate next step or session.
  • Manage your own pipeline and follow up on leads without being chased.
  • Maintain accurate CRM notes and update statuses in real time.
  • Work in a fast-paced, high-tempo sales environment with daily performance measurement and adjustment.
  • Represent a premium brand professionally on every call.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of closing experience in a high-ticket, phone- or Zoom-based sales environment.
  • 25%+ close rate after probation.
  • Strong track record with real numbers and proven sales performance.
  • Ability to fully own and manage your pipeline.
  • Stable remote work setup with high-speed internet, a quiet environment, and a quality camera and microphone.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to read people without relying on scripts.
  • Coachable mindset with strong opinions held loosely.
  • Alignment with the worldview that wealth can be built outside the traditional Wall Street system.
  • Bonus points for owning a whole life policy, having read Becoming Your Own Banker by Nelson Nash, or having personal experience with real estate investing or passive income.
