Description

  • Evaluate AI-generated financial analyses for technical accuracy, completeness, and reasoning quality.
  • Identify factual errors, unsupported assumptions, logical inconsistencies, and calculation mistakes.
  • Review financial models, valuation methods, and investment analyses produced by AI.
  • Create, review, and refine finance-related prompts, benchmark responses, and evaluation datasets.
  • Apply annotation guidelines consistently while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Provide structured, actionable feedback to improve AI model performance.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Quality Assurance teams, and AI Researchers to improve evaluation methods.
  • Maintain productivity and quality standards while working independently in a remote, project-based environment.

Requirements

  • Significant practical experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, or Transaction Advisory.
  • Expert-level knowledge in one or more of the following: Equity Research, Fixed Income Research, Credit Research, Investment Research, Asset Management, Portfolio Management, Buy-Side, Sell-Side, or Capital Markets.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. financial markets, SEC filings, public equities, financial statements, valuation methodologies, corporate earnings, macroeconomic indicators, financial ratios, portfolio concepts, and market trends.
  • Advanced financial modeling and valuation capabilities.
  • Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent written English communication skills.
  • Ability to independently evaluate complex financial analyses and articulate technical feedback.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, MBA in Finance, or Chartered Accountant are preferred.
  • Experience with Bloomberg Terminal, Capital IQ, FactSet, Refinitiv, or PitchBook is preferred.
  • Prior experience in AI Model Evaluation, RLHF, Prompt Engineering, AI Annotation, LLM Evaluation, AI Quality Assurance, or Benchmark Dataset Development is highly desirable.
  • Candidates without prior AI evaluation experience may still be considered if they have exceptional domain expertise and strong analytical reasoning.
  • Must be available to begin project assignments at 6:00 AM PST.
  • Must complete a required paid Trial Gig before joining the production project.

Benefits

  • Remote, project-based independent contractor arrangement.
  • Compensation of $55–$60 USD per hour in the United States.
  • Higher compensation may be considered for exceptional candidates based on experience and project needs.
  • Trial Gig is compensated for candidates who meet the required quality standards.
  • Opportunity to remain in the talent network for future AI evaluation projects if not selected for this role.
