Description

  • Record natural customer support-style conversations based on provided prompts and instructions.
  • Play assigned roles such as Customer or Support Agent during recordings.
  • Complete recordings individually or with a partner, depending on the assignment.
  • Produce recordings in one or two languages when required by the assignment scope.
  • Follow scenario prompts covering topics such as account verification, basic technical issues, and simple troubleshooting.
  • Work in a quiet, noise-free environment to meet audio quality standards.
  • Upload files correctly and re-record assignments if quality requirements are not met.
  • Complete assigned work within project deadlines and respond to re-record requests if needed.

Requirements

  • Approximately 1 hour of recording time per assignment.
  • Ability to speak naturally and clearly, without sounding robotic or scripted.
  • Must follow instructions carefully and maintain clear audio quality with minimal background noise.
  • Computer or laptop with internet access.
  • Working microphone or headset.
  • Ability to use Google Sheets, Google Drive, and Zencastr.
  • Ability to download, rename, and upload files correctly.
  • Strong communication skills in the required language(s).
  • Availability aligned with project timelines and assignment needs.
  • Ability to sign an agreement and acknowledgement form, if selected, confirming quality review and audio data use terms.

Benefits

  • Pay rate of $45.00 USD for 1 hour of recording.
  • Paid per approved assignment.
  • Potential onboarding and scheduling based on project demand and language fit.
  • Existing Deel rates and onboarding structures may remain in place for currently onboarded participants, depending on assignment type and operational alignment.
