Description

  • Record approximately 1 hour of natural audio conversations based on provided prompts and customer support scenarios.
  • Play assigned roles such as Customer or Support Agent during recordings.
  • Record individually or with a partner depending on the assignment type.
  • Speak naturally and clearly while following the provided instructions.
  • Complete recordings in a quiet, noise-free environment to meet audio quality standards.
  • Upload files correctly according to project instructions.
  • Re-record assignments when quality requirements are not met.
  • Complete assigned tasks within project deadlines.
  • Participate in onboarding and agreement steps if selected.

Requirements

  • Approximately 1 hour of recording per assignment.
  • Ability to speak naturally and clearly without sounding robotic or scripted.
  • Strong communication skills in the required language(s).
  • Ability to follow instructions carefully and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to complete conversational recordings.
  • Availability aligned with project timelines and assignment needs.
  • Quiet, noise-free environment for recording.
  • Computer or laptop with internet access.
  • Working microphone or headset.
  • Ability to use Google Sheets, Google Drive, and Zencastr.
  • Ability to download, rename, and upload files correctly.
  • Willingness to re-record if quality requirements are not met.
  • May need to record in one or two languages depending on assignment scope.
  • May be required to sign an agreement and acknowledgement form.
