Description

  • Dedicate 10-12 hours per week with flexible scheduling.
  • Attend two 30-minute weekly check-ins about the project.
  • Produce and manage 10-15 posts per account each week across at least 2 accounts.
  • Source, identify, and clip relevant video content from news outlets, cultural events, and social media platforms.
  • Write platform-optimized captions and post copy that match each account’s unique voice.
  • Use the company’s content database, including stories, videos, photos, CapCut templates, and trending sounds, to build posts.
  • Monitor platform trends and algorithm updates to refine the content approach.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics and audience engagement patterns.
  • Collaborate with fellow Social Media Fellows and content leadership on cross-platform initiatives and strategy discussions.

Requirements

  • Interest in strategic digital content and short-form social media strategy.
  • Strong familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and emerging platforms.
  • Ability to create attention-grabbing content in a fast-paced digital environment.
  • Deep understanding of platform trends and audience behavior.
  • Agility to produce content across multiple platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
  • Comfort working remotely on a contract basis.
  • Availability for 10-12 hours per week and two weekly 30-minute check-ins.
