Description

  • Develop and execute organic social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Create and manage content calendars aligned with brand and growth goals.
  • Produce or collaborate on posts, short-form video, and series-based content.
  • Manage daily posting, scheduling, and platform optimization.
  • Engage audiences through comments, direct messages, and community interactions.
  • Build and nurture online communities to strengthen engagement and brand loyalty.
  • Monitor social trends and platform updates to inform content strategy.
  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize content based on insights.
  • Launch new social channels or scale existing social programs for client engagements.

Requirements

  • Experience managing organic social media for B2C, B2B, or D2C brands.
  • Proven ability to grow audience engagement and brand presence.
  • Experience with community management and audience interaction.
  • Understanding of platform-specific best practices and social trends.
  • Ability to combine creative storytelling with performance-driven outcomes.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Sprout, Hootsuite, Later, and native platform analytics.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to adapt across industries and brand voices.
  • Experience with influencer or creator partnerships (preferred).
  • Familiarity with paid social and high-growth startup environments (preferred).
