Description

  • Develop and execute organic social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
  • Create and manage content calendars aligned with brand and growth goals.
  • Produce or collaborate on engaging content, including posts, short-form video, and series-based content.
  • Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and platform optimization.
  • Engage with audiences through comments, direct messages, and other community interactions.
  • Build and nurture online communities to increase engagement and brand loyalty.
  • Monitor social trends and platform updates to inform content strategy.
  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize content based on insights.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in organic social media management across B2C, B2B, or D2C brands.
  • Proven ability to grow engagement, audience, and brand presence.
  • Experience with community management and audience interaction.
  • Understanding of platform-specific best practices and current trends.
  • Ability to balance creative storytelling with performance-driven outcomes.
  • Familiarity with social media tools such as Sprout, Hootsuite, Later, or native analytics.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Comfort working across different industries and brand voices.
  • Experience with influencer or creator partnerships is preferred.
  • Familiarity with paid social to complement organic efforts is preferred.
  • Experience in high-growth startup environments is preferred.
  • Experience supporting both strategic planning and hands-on execution is preferred.
