Description

  • Build, update, and publish website pages and content in Contentful, including copy, disclosures, rates, product information, and creative assets.
  • Create and update landing pages for campaigns, product launches, and business requests.
  • QA changes before and after publication for accuracy, formatting, links, and content relationships.
  • Manage a high-volume request queue, prioritize urgent updates, and meet established timelines.
  • Execute legal and compliance-driven content updates accurately and on schedule.
  • Coordinate with marketing, legal, compliance, product, and engineering teams on reviews and technical support.
  • Maintain content hygiene and document completed changes as needed.
  • Support the setup, launch, and interpretation of A/B and multivariate CRO tests when required.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of website content management or publishing experience in an in-house or similarly fast-paced environment, at Manager to Senior Manager level.
  • Hands-on Contentful experience and ability to work independently in the platform from day one.
  • Strong attention to detail and QA discipline, especially for regulated or customer-facing content.
  • Experience managing high volumes of detailed, repetitive updates through a ticket-based queue.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple requests and shifting priorities.
  • Clear cross-functional communication experience with legal, compliance, and engineering teams.
  • Web operations experience at a fast-moving startup or large enterprise.
  • Experience in financial services, fintech, banking, or another regulated industry (preferred).
  • Experience running CRO experiments, including A/B or multivariate tests, and analyzing results in GA4, Amplitude, or similar platforms (preferred).
  • Basic HTML/CSS familiarity; experience with Jira, Wrike, GitHub, and A/B testing tools is beneficial.
