Description

  • Develop creative concepts and visual campaigns for events, social media, email, website, sales initiatives, and product launches.
  • Evolve and maintain Visit.org’s visual identity and ensure consistency across customer touchpoints.
  • Design and oversee production of marketing assets including social content, presentations, event materials, landing pages, digital ads, and videos.
  • Own visual identity and creative assets for events, conferences, and sponsorships, including booth design, signage, workshop materials, and promotional assets.
  • Sharpen headlines and campaign copy and refine AI-drafted collateral for stronger alignment between words and design.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and executive leadership to translate business goals into creative solutions.
  • Bring fresh ideas, design trends, AI-powered creative workflows, and new storytelling approaches to help the company stand out.
  • Set creative direction while also executing high-quality hands-on design work across digital, video, and event formats.

Requirements

  • 4 to 7 years of experience in graphic design, brand design, or creative roles, with experience leading work from concept through delivery.
  • A strong portfolio showing campaign-level creative work across digital marketing, social media, presentations, and video (required).
  • Fluent professional English, written and spoken, for daily work with a US-based team and US-market audiences.
  • Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects, plus Figma and Canva.
  • Experience building and maintaining brand systems, including visual identity guidelines, templates, and asset libraries.
  • Strong video editing and motion design skills for social, marketing, and event content.
  • Experience using AI-powered creative tools and workflows to improve speed and output quality.
  • Strong editorial instincts and the ability to improve headlines and copy.
  • Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and translate business objectives into creative direction.
  • Highly organized and self-directed, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
  • Experience with B2B, SaaS, or mission-driven brands is a plus.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus.
  • Must be available to travel as needed, up to 25% of the time.
  • Remote, Mexico-based contract role requiring 40 hours per week and working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST.
