Description

  • Support day-to-day campaign optimization for advertisers across APAC, with a primary focus on China.
  • Analyze Offerwall performance data, including ROAS, funnel conversion, and publisher-level reporting, to identify insights and growth opportunities.
  • Guide advertisers through onboarding, dashboard usage, campaign setup, and MMP integrations.
  • Support campaign execution across CPA, MR-CPE, and DR-CPE campaign types.
  • Partner closely with the Chinese Client Partner team to drive product adoption and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Maintain clear, proactive communication with teams across China and Japan, including timely issue escalation.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of Offerwall or hands-on experience with comparable mobile ad tech products.
  • Familiarity with MMP integrations such as Appsflyer, Adjust, and Singular.
  • Familiarity with campaign types including CPA, MR-CPE, and DR-CPE.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and turn it into optimization recommendations.
  • Business-level English proficiency for direct client communication and cross-border collaboration.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills for a remote working environment with a manager based in Japan.
  • Hands-on experience with the Tapjoy Offerwall platform is preferred.
  • Background in mobile gaming or app advertising is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Looker or similar BI tools is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Japanese or Korean is preferred.
  • Track record of identifying upsell opportunities or supporting account expansion is preferred.
  • Relocation support is not available for this position.
  • Work visa or immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.
