Description

  • Provide real-time interpretation support in English and Mandarin or Cantonese for US client interactions.
  • Work permanent night shifts to cover US peak hours in the Pacific Time Zone.
  • Operate from home while maintaining reliable internet connectivity for the role.
  • Support interpretation-only work without handling escalations or providing issue resolution.
  • Complete one month of training before starting regular duties.

Requirements

  • Fluent spoken English and Mandarin or Cantonese.
  • Basic ability to read and write in Mandarin or Cantonese.
  • Willingness to work permanent night shift.
  • Ability to work from home with an optic fibre or broadband internet connection that meets requirements.
  • Entry-level candidates are accepted.
  • Availability to work 9-hour shifts, 5 days per week.
  • Must be able to support US peak hours in the Pacific Time Zone.
  • One month of training is required.
  • Preferred or implied language capability in both spoken and written Mandarin or Cantonese at least at a basic level.

Benefits

  • Training allowance of RM4,300 for the one-month training period.
  • Salary from RM4,800 to RM5,200 per month.
  • Hourly pay rate of RM30.00.
  • 14 days of paid sick leave.
  • 12 days of annual leave.
  • Paid replacement leave.
  • Work-from-home arrangement.
