Description

  • Interpret between Mandarin or Cantonese and English during US peak hours in a work-from-home setting.
  • Work a permanent night shift schedule, 5 days per week for 9 hours per shift.
  • Support interpreter duties without handling escalations or providing issue resolutions.
  • Complete the one-month training program before starting regular assignments.

Requirements

  • Fluent spoken English and Mandarin or Cantonese.
  • Basic ability to read and write in Mandarin or Cantonese.
  • Willingness to work permanent night shift hours.
  • Ability to work from home and support US Pacific Time Zone hours.
  • Home internet service from Time.com, Maxis, Unifi, or Yes broadband.
  • Streamyx is not acceptable because it does not meet speed requirements.
  • Entry-level candidates are welcome.
  • Ability to commit to a 5-day workweek with 9-hour shifts.
  • Experience in interpreter or related language support roles is not required, but relevant language ability is essential.

Benefits

  • Salary from RM4,800 to RM5,200 per month at RM30 per hour.
  • One month of paid training with a RM4,300 training allowance.
