Description

Lead software implementation projects end to end, including scope confirmation, planning, kickoff, check-ins, risk management, QA, go-live, and support handoff.
Map and refine current pharmacy workflows and design improved target processes for automation.
Translate operational needs into clear, buildable tickets with acceptance criteria, edge cases, and a prioritized backlog.
Coordinate clients, engineers, and internal stakeholders to keep timelines, dependencies, and definitions of done aligned.
Track critical path items, manage scope changes, and keep milestones and go-live dates on schedule.
Communicate project status and next steps in clear, calm, plain-English updates.
Surface risks early and help drive decisions forward when issues arise.
Improve internal PM playbooks, templates, and tooling based on each project cycle.

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in software implementation/project management or pharmacy operations with project ownership.
Pharmacy background preferred; pharmacists and registered pharmacy technicians are encouraged to apply.
Ability to translate operational pain points into structured requirements.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build trust across clients and technical teams.
Excellent organization, responsiveness, and follow-through on commitments and action items.
Solid project-tracking habits and a data-driven mindset.
Technical curiosity and interest in learning new tools that improve efficiency or patient outcomes.
Familiarity with handling PHI and practical security/privacy best practices.
Experience with AI in healthcare is a nice to have.
