Description

  • Consolidate progress across program streams, including milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
  • Maintain the integrated program schedule and resource workload plan, identifying variances.
  • Build and maintain capacity plans covering forecast workload, team availability, integrator resources, and peak periods.
  • Monitor actual resource utilization against planned capacity.
  • Define and evolve executive KPIs, dashboards, and governance reporting materials.
  • Manage consolidated JIRA defect tracking, including triage, prioritization, assignment, and metrics.
  • Track defect volume, severity, ticket age, and phase exit criteria.
  • Maintain the program risk register, formalize mitigation actions, and monitor execution.
  • Coordinate and synthesize information from Scrum Masters and Stream Leads for decision-making.
  • Prepare materials for status committees and governance boards.

Requirements

  • Experience delivering IT programs operationally or working in a PMO role; ERP experience preferred.
  • Oracle Fusion Cloud experience is a strong advantage.
  • Strong understanding of ERP testing cycles, including SIT, UAT, and cutover testing.
  • Experience coordinating testing campaigns across multi-team environments.
  • Experience consolidating test progress, monitoring execution and effectiveness metrics, and tracking phase exit criteria.
  • Hands-on experience building and managing capacity or workload plans.
  • Ability to define KPIs, develop reports, and prepare governance presentation decks.
  • Advanced proficiency with JIRA and Microsoft Excel.
  • Working knowledge of Power BI is highly desirable.
  • Strong risk management, analytical, synthesis, and autonomous working capabilities.
