Description

  • Own and maintain the master project work plan, milestones, and accreditation readiness roadmap.
  • Identify compliance gaps, risks, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate workstreams focused on Joint Commission standards and develop supporting documentation.
  • Organize and manage mock audits, tracer activities, and readiness drills.
  • Establish stakeholder communication cadences, working groups, dashboards, and accountability processes.
  • Prepare concise, data-driven progress and risk updates for senior leadership.
  • Partner with Clinical Strategy, Clinical Operations, and other cross-functional teams to drive execution.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in healthcare project management, healthcare operations, or management consulting.
  • Experience leading complex regulatory, compliance, or accreditation readiness initiatives from gap analysis through execution.
  • Experience in high-growth health technology or clinical environments preferred.
  • Strong strategic and project management skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level summaries of clinical and regulatory information.
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable creating structure in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Passion for expanding access to high-quality, evidence-based mental health care.
  • Familiarity with Joint Commission, CARF, NCQA, or similar accreditation processes preferred.
  • Experience with Behavioral Health Care and Human Services or virtual/telehealth accreditation models preferred.
