Description

  • Check in regularly with maintenance-phase clients via call, email, and Slack to review performance metrics and gather feedback.
  • Respond quickly to client questions or issues and coordinate troubleshooting with project managers and engineers until the fix is confirmed.
  • Track client interactions and maintain clear, up-to-date account notes.
  • Translate pharmacy pain points into tickets and enhancement requests for the development team.
  • Analyze usage and performance data to recommend optimizations that improve bot accuracy and client ROI.
  • Coordinate monthly maintenance reviews with clients to highlight wins, roadmap items, and additional automation opportunities.
  • Advocate for client needs internally while balancing scope, effort, and timelines for the operations team.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in account representation, customer success, or pharmacy operations.
  • Pharmacy environment experience is preferred and would provide added credibility with clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A friendly, trust-building communication style that can diffuse tension when problems arise.
  • Strong project-tracking habits with the ability to keep action items from slipping through the cracks.
  • A data-driven mindset.
  • Experience with AI in healthcare is nice to have.
