Description

  • Test the Claro Video streaming app and report feedback from real-world use.
  • Follow testing instructions and complete assigned sessions.
  • Use supported devices and platforms to conduct streaming tests.
  • Identify and report issues or observations in English.
  • Participate in short-term testing sessions over an approximately 3-month period.
  • Communicate with the Testlio team as needed for the paid testing opportunity.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must be physically located in Mexico.
  • Must have an Infinitum or Telcel plan with access to Claro Video.
  • Intermediate English proficiency or higher.
  • Must be comfortable reading instructions and reporting issues in English.
  • Must own at least one supported device, such as Apple TV, iPhone 11 or later, iPad models running iPadOS 26, Mac, Windows 10/11 with Chrome/Edge/Firefox, Android TV, FireTV, Samsung Tizen TV, LG SmartTV with modern webOS, or HiSense Smart TV.
  • No professional software testing experience is required.
  • Ability to participate in weekly or bi-weekly sessions for approximately 3 months.
  • Must be able to complete short sessions of about 1-2 hours each.
