Description

Automate repetitive engineering tasks to improve team efficiency.
Streamline the software development lifecycle to support faster software delivery.
Optimize deployment processes to make releases more reliable.
Analyze engineering workflows to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement process improvements.
Improve code review processes and support continuous integration and delivery best practices.
Work across multiple services in a production platform environment.
Contribute to technical projects with documentation-focused, collaborative execution.

Requirements

2+ years of hands-on experience building and supporting production web applications.
Experience using Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and Terraform.
Proficiency writing software used in a production environment.
Experience working on a platform with multiple services.
Ability to collaborate with team members with varying experience levels to design and implement technical projects.
Ability to work and problem-solve independently.
Strong documentation habits and comfort balancing asynchronous communication with virtual meetings.
A humble, customer-focused, highly curious approach to problem-solving.
DevOps or SRE experience is preferred.
Proficiency with Golang and Ruby in a production environment is preferred.
Experience on an engineering enablement or platform team, or contributing to engineering-wide initiatives, is preferred.
