Description

  • Create original illustrations for branding, campaigns, editorial content, social media, and digital experiences.
  • Develop character-driven narratives, visual storytelling systems, and concept-led illustration work.
  • Work within existing brand and illustration systems while matching established styles with consistency and accuracy.
  • Use generative AI tools to accelerate concept development, visual exploration, and illustration production.
  • Integrate AI-generated assets into projects while maintaining artistic direction and brand integrity.
  • Experiment with emerging AI workflows and share learnings with the broader creative team.
  • Partner with creatives, project managers, and customers to translate briefs into polished visual outcomes.
  • Connect illustration decisions to broader brand, campaign, and storytelling goals.
  • Iterate quickly based on feedback while maintaining a high standard of craft.
  • Manage multiple projects while balancing independent ownership and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional illustration experience with a portfolio showcasing strong conceptual and narrative work.
  • Excellent drawing fundamentals, including anatomy, composition, perspective, form, and visual storytelling.
  • Proven ability to work within established brand systems and illustration guidelines.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and related illustration tools.
  • Experience using generative AI tools as part of a professional creative workflow.
  • Ability to create consistent illustration systems, character libraries, and scalable visual assets.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality execution.
  • Excellent English communication skills and ability to collaborate across distributed teams.
  • Collaborative mindset with openness to feedback, iteration, and experimentation.
  • Curiosity for emerging technologies and how they can enhance illustration workflows.
