Description

Write clean, performant, and maintainable web application code.
Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentoring to engineers, including junior teammates.
Collaborate with backend engineers, designers, product managers, QA, and other cross-functional partners.
Conduct and participate in code reviews to maintain quality and coding standards.
Identify and implement refactoring, optimization, and technical debt initiatives.
Own end-to-end delivery of roadmap projects, from technical planning through implementation, testing, and release.
Author technical specifications and create delivery plans with teammates.
Contribute to estimation, requirements definition, documentation, retrospectives, and other Agile processes.
Support continuous improvement of application architecture, deployment practices, scalability, and maintainability.

Requirements

7+ years of experience planning, building, and releasing web applications.
Expertise with TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and Angular or another major frontend framework.
Fluency in agentic coding workflows using tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor.
Strong communication and project management skills across teams and functional areas.
Experience with Angular, RxJS, or similar web technologies preferred.
Experience as a full-stack engineer preferred.
Experience with Node.js or Scala preferred.
Experience working in a large codebase or maintaining an internal UI library preferred.
Business-, product-, and user-oriented mindset preferred.
