Description

  • Design and build software environments that include codebases, infrastructure, documentation, tickets, and technical history.
  • Write and maintain automated functional and integration test suites across different implementation approaches.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to maintain technical accuracy, consistency, and engineering quality.
  • Review results, analyze failures, and improve testing methodologies, validation standards, and technical processes.
  • Develop engineering tasks and technical validation criteria for complex software scenarios.
  • Contribute to internal documentation, engineering standards, and continuous process improvements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and experience with FastAPI or similar backend frameworks.
  • Experience across backend systems, APIs, and frontend applications.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized development environments.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and Kafka.
  • Strong experience writing functional and integration tests.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Experience with AI, machine learning, or LLM-related projects preferred.
  • Familiarity with software quality assurance methodologies or technical evaluation frameworks preferred.
  • Experience with distributed systems or large-scale applications preferred.
  • Availability for 6–7 hours of daily overlap with the US Pacific Time Zone.
