Description

  • Set up, optimize, and manage HubSpot CRM.
  • Build and improve sales pipelines, deal stages, and lead management processes.
  • Create automation workflows for marketing and sales.
  • Implement lead tracking, scoring, and segmentation.
  • Manage email campaigns, sequences, and nurturing workflows.
  • Create dashboards and reports for performance tracking.
  • Integrate HubSpot with other tools such as Zapier and email platforms.
  • Clean and organize CRM data for accuracy and usability.
  • Provide recommendations to improve CRM efficiency and conversion rates.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with HubSpot CRM.
  • Strong understanding of sales funnels and marketing automation.
  • Experience setting up HubSpot workflows, pipelines, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with CRM integrations, including Zapier, APIs, and third-party tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • HubSpot certifications are preferred.
  • Experience supporting sales teams or marketing teams is preferred.
  • Experience with data migration and CRM cleanup is preferred.
  • Experience with CRM strategy and optimization is preferred.
