Description

  • Receive, log, and verify marketing and communication submissions from downline agencies.
  • Independently review telephonic marketing materials and sales scripts against CMS Medicare Communications and Marketing Guidelines and internal standards.
  • Approve, reject, or escalate submissions based on compliance risk and interpretation.
  • Submit approved materials to 6–7 health plan carriers and track review statuses.
  • Maintain the central marketing repository and accurately link agencies, vendors, materials, and approvals.
  • Request, track, and record carrier-assigned SMIDs for approved materials.
  • Own the approved lead vendor list and lead annual vendor compliance audits.
  • Produce program KPIs and metrics covering submission volumes, turnaround times, and approval rates.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings and support audits, escalations, and AEP-related work.

Requirements

  • Experience in Medicare marketing compliance, with strong knowledge of CMS regulations and the Medicare Communications and Marketing Guidelines, or willingness to develop this expertise.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage high volumes of detailed work and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to provide clear, professional compliance feedback.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and ability to learn workflow tools such as Airtable.
  • Proactive, analytical approach to identifying issues, solving problems, and improving processes.
  • Availability for an hourly contract of approximately 40 hours per week for two months.
  • Work must be performed from an approved location within the United States.

  • Base salary range of $60,000–$70,000 USD, with flexibility between cash and equity.
