Description

  • Send personalized email invitations to prospective event attendees.
  • Track outreach, responses, RSVPs, follow-ups, and attendee records in internal databases and event platforms.
  • Conduct attendee follow-up to help meet audience targets.
  • Draft and distribute attendee confirmations, reminders, and logistical updates.
  • Prepare internal audience briefings, attendee summaries, and operational documents.
  • Maintain event website and registration-page content, including speaker biographies, headshots, titles, and company information.
  • Prepare attendee lists, check-in materials, and event-day documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to keep attendee information accurate and current.
  • Provide administrative and operational support across multiple events.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in event coordination, audience development, marketing operations, or administrative support.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written communication skills and professional email etiquette.
  • Comfort using spreadsheets, databases, and event management systems.
  • Ability to complete repetitive, detail-intensive tasks quickly and accurately.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, adaptable approach and willingness to support where needed.
  • Ability to work from the New York or Washington, D.C. offices, or remotely outside those regions.

Benefits

  • Flat weekly compensation rate of $1,500.
