Description

Create social media graphics, educational carousels, and campaign assets.
Edit supplied footage into short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
Develop digital ad graphics and video variations to test hooks, messages, and calls to action.
Produce email, website, landing page, sales, and occasional print materials.
Create before-and-after content, customer testimonials, service explainers, and maintenance-plan materials.
Transform marketing briefs, brand assets, photography, and raw field footage into finished creative assets.
Maintain consistent branding and deliver assets in the required formats, including editable source files.
Collaborate with the marketing team during Pacific Time business hours and incorporate feedback and revisions.

Requirements

Strong portfolio of marketing design work for consumer brands or service businesses.
Basic short-form video editing experience, including footage selection, hooks, trimming, captions, audio balancing, and platform-specific formatting.
Strong layout, typography, and visual storytelling abilities.
Ability to make educational content clear and engaging.
Proficiency with design and video tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, CapCut, or comparable software.
Ability to follow brand guidelines while contributing creative ideas.
Strong English communication, attention to detail, organization, and dependable delivery.
Comfort working from briefs, asking clarifying questions, and incorporating feedback.
Consistent availability during Pacific Time business hours, regardless of location.
Experience with home services, pet-related brands, or local service marketing is preferred.
