Description

  • Build and maintain a Figma brand library with templates, components, icons, and chart styles.
  • Advance existing brand guidelines into a consistent, reusable visual system.
  • Maintain the master pitch deck and create fundraising slides, one-pagers, and data-room documents.
  • Develop keynote and conference presentations and team-ready slide templates.
  • Create reusable social media posts, carousels, infographics, and simple motion assets for LinkedIn and X.
  • Design print-ready event materials, including booth graphics, banners, signage, badges, sponsor assets, and programs.
  • Create out-of-home, digital campaign, and merchandise artwork from concept through production files.
  • Deliver organized, editable native files with clear naming and version control in the shared drive.

Requirements

  • Portfolio demonstrating brand systems, ideally including presentation and print work.
  • Fluency in Figma and Canva, with comfort using Google Slides.
  • Experience using AI image and video tools while maintaining quality standards.
  • Ability to clarify ambiguous requests and deliver fast, same-day revisions when needed.
  • Strong attention to typography, spacing, and restrained visual design.
  • Interest in neuroscience, biotechnology, or deep technology.
  • Availability during California business hours in Pacific Time.
  • Experience with scientific or medical visuals (preferred).
  • Experience in packaging, merchandise, or environmental design (preferred).
