Description

  • Support corporate communications initiatives, including brand campaigns, company announcements, thought-leadership content, and strategic communications projects.
  • Assist with brand initiatives and ensure consistent application of brand guidelines, messaging, and visual identity across materials.
  • Develop, edit, and review internal and external communications such as blogs, press materials, website copy, presentations, and social media content.
  • Manage day-to-day corporate social media activities, including content planning, copywriting, publishing, and performance tracking.
  • Create visual assets in Canva for social media, internal communications, presentations, and marketing initiatives.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to keep messaging aligned across campaigns and communications.
  • Support product launches, customer stories, speaking engagements, and other communications needs as required.
  • Ensure communications adhere to the company’s brand voice, messaging framework, and editorial standards.
  • Contribute ideas to improve communications processes, increase engagement, and strengthen brand awareness.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, brand marketing, product marketing, or a related communications role.
  • Experience supporting corporate branding initiatives and maintaining brand consistency across multiple channels.
  • Experience developing and executing social media strategies for corporate or B2B organizations.
  • Proficiency with Canva for creating professional marketing and communications assets.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
  • Experience collaborating with senior leaders and preparing executives for external communications and speaking opportunities.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal direction.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business, or a related field preferred.

Benefits

  • $62/hour USD pay.
  • 5-month contract length.
