Description

  • Manage customer programs or projects within a defined product and service scope for medium to large, complex customer contracts.
  • Own project planning and keep schedules, scope, cost, quality, and change management updates current throughout delivery.
  • Coordinate project management activities in alignment with company operating guidelines and project plans.
  • Ensure consistency across financial forecasts, product forecasts, and service forecast activities.
  • Participate in pre-sales and sales process activities and support delivery approach selection.
  • Manage the handover from sell to execute and from delivery to care, tracking progress through transition.
  • Initiate and execute project contract management processes.
  • Define and adapt operational processes with relevant stakeholders to meet project requirements.
  • Serve as the primary customer interface during delivery, including handling complaints, corrective actions, and changing requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain proactive communication plans for customers and stakeholders, while monitoring budget, profitability, scope, and quality outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in customer delivery and development projects.
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented Project Manager experience.
  • Javelina implementation project experience is required.
  • Advanced to native English level is required.
  • Ability to take ownership and work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to represent the client in front of the customer.
  • Ability to grow into a leadership role after onboarding, both technically and in soft skills.
  • PMI PMP certification is a plus.
