Description

Work on in-house, real-time SAP implementation projects under a project manager and technical BASIS consultant.
Collaborate with project team members across SAP modules including SD, MM, FICO, PP, WM, and SF.
Gain hands-on exposure to delivering SAP solutions in a real business environment.
Participate in project execution as part of a multi-module SAP team.
Support the placement process through interview preparation and client-facing opportunities.
Engage in resume customization and external resume marketing activities.
Take part in behavioral and technical interview preparation.
Complete job gap assessment and fast-track project activities.
Receive on-the-job support for 30 days after placement.

Requirements

Candidates must have a background in SAP.
The program is intended for consultants with job gaps who need to rebuild confidence before re-entering the job market.
The program is suitable for junior trained consultants who lack solid real-time SAP project experience.
A 16-18 week placement program follows the project program.
Participants should be available for behavioral interviews and technical interviews.
Candidates should be prepared for client interview opportunities.
The program includes first placement and second placement support in an 80:20 model.
On-the-job support is provided for 30 days after placement.
This is not a training program; it is intended as an SAP project implementation experience program.
