Description

  • Lead requirements workshops and design functional solutions for complex HRIS scenarios.
  • Configure HRIS modules in line with best practices and optimization goals.
  • Manage day-to-day client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Proactively identify and resolve project risks and client concerns.
  • Oversee SIT and UAT cycles and ensure quality signoff on deliverables.
  • Review junior team members’ configuration for accuracy and completeness.
  • Mentor Associate and Junior Consultants on project work.
  • Document and share module best practices and lessons learned.
  • Apply cross-module functional knowledge to support integrated solutions.
  • Guide stakeholders through ambiguity, change, and solution decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
  • 4–7 years of HRIS experience.
  • Minimum 3 full-cycle HRIS implementations.
  • Deep expertise in one or more HRIS modules, such as Core HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, or Payroll.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and client management skills.
  • SAP SuccessFactors certification is required.
  • Experience independently applying cross-module knowledge (preferred).
  • Ability to design scalable, integrated solution architectures (preferred).
