Description

Own day-to-day client relationship management, including proactive communication, documentation, guidance, and stakeholder support.
Develop and execute full-funnel B2SMB affiliate and partnership strategies aligned to client goals and sales cycles.
Manage end-to-end B2SMB partnership programs, including strategy, execution, optimization, and program operations.
Source, recruit, and activate strategic partners such as marketplaces, publishers, agencies, communities, consultants, and B2B influencers.
Collaborate with existing partners to improve pipeline growth, lead quality, and revenue attribution.
Deliver presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
Lead contract negotiations and renewals to secure long-term partnerships.
Manage budgets across affiliate, referral, and partner channels with a focus on CAC efficiency, ROI, and pipeline contribution.
Provide performance reporting on lead quality, funnel progression, partner ROI, and growth opportunities.

Requirements

5+ years of hands-on experience managing B2SMB affiliate, referral, or partner programs.
Proven success driving customer acquisition or pipeline growth through partnerships.
Deep understanding of B2B buying cycles, attribution challenges, and the partner ecosystem.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to leadership and documenting performance.
Analytical approach to partnership marketing and decision-making.
Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on partner activation.
Experience negotiating contracts, setting partner terms, and growing mutually beneficial partnerships.
Experience in SaaS, FinTech, B2B services, or prosumer subscription models.
Familiarity with partner tech stacks such as Impact, PartnerStack, Everflow, Salesforce, and HubSpot.
Understanding of how other marketing channels work together to drive growth.
