Description

  • Lead notebook tasks for project-specific reporting and coordinate with the project team to meet stakeholder reporting needs.
  • Provide technical support for Rave EDC build, including custom function programming.
  • Develop, validate, and maintain a library of template notebooks for reporting.
  • Program data listings for protocol deviation review.
  • Capture, develop, and document data definitions, business rules, and data quality requirements.
  • Perform quality data audits and analysis to ensure compliance with deliverable reporting requirements.
  • Communicate data recommendations clearly to diverse audiences and present findings compellingly.
  • Identify opportunities for data and process improvement, innovation, and optimization.
  • Support data integration, data cleaning, descriptive analysis, exploratory analysis, predictive modeling, data mining, text analytics, social media analytics, social network analysis, rapid prototyping, and data visualization.
  • Implement new statistical or mathematical methodologies as needed for specific models or analyses.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in data analytics, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field.
  • 0-3 years of experience in data analytics, data science, or data engineering.
  • Experience working in a contract research organization or related industry is preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric and NetSuite is required.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes, and SQL programming.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure.
  • Knowledge of data analytics and statistical modeling techniques, including regression, classification, clustering, optimization, simulation, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.
  • Proficiency with scripting, data blending, data visualization, and tools or languages such as Python, R, SQL, SAS, Spotfire, Tableau, Power BI, and Alteryx.
  • Knowledge of designing, developing, and maintaining data systems and databases using data warehousing, data integration, data quality, and data governance principles and tools.
  • Strong data communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  • High attention to detail and quality, with the ability to ensure data accuracy, validity, and reliability.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
