Description

Lead notebook tasks for project-specific reporting and coordinate with the project team to meet stakeholder reporting needs.
Provide technical support for Rave EDC build, including custom function programming.
Develop, validate, and maintain a library of template notebooks for reporting.
Program data listings for protocol deviation review.
Capture, develop, and document data definitions, business rules, and data quality requirements.
Perform quality data audits and analysis to ensure compliance with deliverable reporting requirements.
Communicate data recommendations clearly to diverse audiences and present findings compellingly.
Identify opportunities for data and process improvement, innovation, and optimization.
Support data integration, data cleaning, descriptive analysis, exploratory analysis, predictive modeling, data mining, text analytics, social media analytics, social network analysis, rapid prototyping, and data visualization.
Implement new statistical or mathematical methodologies as needed for specific models or analyses.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in data analytics, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field.
0-3 years of experience in data analytics, data science, or data engineering.
Experience working in a contract research organization or related industry is preferred.
Experience with Microsoft Fabric and NetSuite is required.
Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes, and SQL programming.
Knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure.
Knowledge of data analytics and statistical modeling techniques, including regression, classification, clustering, optimization, simulation, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.
Proficiency with scripting, data blending, data visualization, and tools or languages such as Python, R, SQL, SAS, Spotfire, Tableau, Power BI, and Alteryx.
Knowledge of designing, developing, and maintaining data systems and databases using data warehousing, data integration, data quality, and data governance principles and tools.
Strong data communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for diverse audiences.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
High attention to detail and quality, with the ability to ensure data accuracy, validity, and reliability.
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
