Description

  • Own full-cycle recruitment across Sales, Customer Success, and Operations roles.
  • Lead end-to-end recruiting processes from intake to offer.
  • Manage high-volume hiring needs, including 100+ hires per year.
  • Source, assess, and close talent across multiple European markets.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership across countries.
  • Build strong talent pipelines, especially for Sales and freelance roles.
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Maintain structured, efficient recruitment workflows and improve recruiting processes.
  • Track hiring metrics and uphold consistent hiring standards.
  • Support onboarding alignment for remote and freelance talent.

Requirements

  • Strong track record in full-cycle recruitment.
  • Experience hiring Sales, Customer Success, or operational profiles.
  • Ability to manage high hiring volumes while maintaining quality.
  • Strong sourcing skills, especially for remote or freelance talent.
  • Fluent French is mandatory.
  • Fluent Polish is a big plus.
  • Comfortable working across multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Structured, organized, and process-conscious approach.
  • Execution-driven and results-oriented mindset.
