Description

  • Prospect outbound and qualify leads for the sales pipeline.
  • Contact potential clients via calls, emails, and follow-ups.
  • Schedule commercial demos for the sales team.
  • Manage and update the CRM with lead and activity information.
  • Follow up to ensure attendance at scheduled appointments.
  • Work closely with the commercial team to support ongoing sales efforts.
  • Maintain an active and well-qualified pipeline of prospects.
  • Handle a high daily volume of outbound sales activities.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, goal-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales automation tools.
  • Stable internet connection.
  • Experience in sales, SDR, or real estate is a plus.
  • Native-level or fluent Italian.
  • Ability to work independently in a high-volume environment.
  • Availability to work as a freelance contractor with VAT registration, or willingness to open one.
