Description

  • Make high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective clients and leads.
  • Introduce company services confidently and professionally.
  • Engage prospects, build rapport, and identify potential interest.
  • Handle objections and rejection professionally.
  • Generate qualified leads and book appointments where applicable.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and follow-ups.
  • Meet daily and weekly calling and performance targets.
  • Work independently, take initiative, and improve calling results.

Requirements

  • Previous cold calling experience is essential.
  • Confident and professional telephone manner.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
  • Resilient and able to handle rejection.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven.
  • Strong work ethic and sense of urgency.
  • Ability to work independently and remain focused.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Availability to work US hours, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. EST.
