Description

Lead client infrastructure and cloud migration engagements, including strategy, application readiness assessments, migration planning, sourcing options, business cases, and execution coordination.
Lead the design, implementation, and migration of new IT infrastructure and cloud environments, including IaaS and PaaS.
Manage a portfolio of large, long-term, and complex projects that may span multiple lines of business.
Develop individual project plans, including budget information and resource planning.
Work with functional managers to manage project timelines and resources.
Interface directly with customer IT and executive leadership to manage relationships and keep stakeholders aligned.
Track and report on project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues to leadership.
Lead project meetings for each project under your direction.
Refine project budgets as needed to maintain timeliness and fiscal responsibility.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a computer- or business-related discipline.
5+ years of project management experience.
2+ years of program and project planning experience, including cloud transformation projects and programs.
Experience and understanding of project controls, processes, governance, and management.
Understanding of cloud adoption and technology enablement across Microsoft, AWS, and public cloud environments.
Knowledge of transition management, user adoption, and customer success is preferred for certain engagements.
Professional demeanor with maturity and excellent customer-facing skills.
Ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Excellent communication, organization, time-management, and leadership skills.
Experience with project management, collaboration, and time management tools.
Experience with process improvement; PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
Knowledge of SAP, Unix, Linux, VMware, Citrix, or Azure is an added advantage.
Experience with O365 is required.
