Description

  • Answer research questions on project prioritisation, resource allocation, portfolio governance, and operational planning.
  • Review scenarios and apply real-world experience to planning and PMO workflows such as governance cycles, capacity reviews, milestone escalations, and budget forecasting.
  • Participate in structured surveys and interviews that inform research into planning practices and PMO operations.
  • Provide feedback on tools, workflows, and processes related to planning and portfolio management platforms.
  • Contribute subject matter expertise to help research teams understand how Operations and PMO functions use and evaluate governance frameworks.
  • Complete a 10- to 15-minute assessment test to determine suitability for research tasks.
  • Complete paid tasks that may require one hour of uninterrupted work.

Requirements

  • Director-level or above experience in an Operations or PMO function.
  • Hands-on experience in operations, project governance, portfolio management, and operational planning.
  • Experience across one or more sectors such as Manufacturing, Healthcare, Retail, Technology, Professional Services, Financial Services, Utilities, or Government.
  • Deep background in areas such as project governance, resource planning, portfolio management, capacity planning, or operational strategy.
  • Current or recent hands-on use of a planning or PPM platform such as Microsoft Project, Planview, Smartsheet, Jira, or ServiceNow.
  • Ability to draw on complex planning workflows and portfolio experience to provide clear, nuanced expert insight.
  • Exceptional written communication skills and strong attention to detail.
  • A PayPal account to receive payment.
  • Availability to complete paid tasks that require one hour of uninterrupted work.
