Description

  • Review AI-generated data entries, extractions, and structured records for accuracy, completeness, and formatting consistency.
  • Create realistic data entry scenarios and edge cases to test how AI handles messy, ambiguous, or conflicting inputs.
  • Audit AI-produced datasets for errors in categorization, labeling, and field mapping, and flag issues using data quality rubrics.
  • Tag and classify data samples to help AI models learn correct data structures, formats, and validation rules.
  • Compare AI outputs against established data entry standards to ensure accuracy and consistency benchmarks are met.

Requirements

  • Years of experience in high-volume data entry, data processing, database management, or records administration.
  • A proven track record of maintaining high accuracy across large datasets, with attention to duplicates, inconsistencies, and formatting errors.
  • High typing speed and the ability to process structured and unstructured data quickly without sacrificing quality.
  • Familiarity with data formats, validation rules, and identifying logical or factual errors in AI-generated outputs.
  • Strong written English skills sufficient to assess clarity and correctness in AI-generated text.
  • Multilingual ability is a significant plus, especially for evaluating localized datasets.
  • A PayPal account is required to receive payment from clients.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Airtable, SQL, or Access.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, ERP systems, or document management tools.
  • Familiarity with Confluence, Notion, or similar documentation platforms.
