Description

  • Review AI-generated support replies for accuracy, brand voice consistency, and helpfulness.
  • Create realistic support tickets and dialogue flows to test how AI handles edge cases and difficult customer interactions.
  • Audit AI-generated FAQ articles and support macros for clarity and technical correctness.
  • Label model responses for sentiment and tone, including empathy, professionalism, and robotic phrasing.
  • Compare AI outputs against support QA rubrics and service quality standards.

Requirements

  • Experience in a high-volume customer support, technical support, or client success role.
  • Exceptional written English communication skills with the ability to adapt tone, empathy, and clarity to different customer personas.
  • Proven ability to de-escalate complex situations and provide step-by-step troubleshooting for technical or billing issues.
  • High typing speed and the ability to navigate multiple information sources quickly.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle errors in logic, tone, or factual accuracy.
  • Multilingual capabilities are a significant plus, especially for translation and localized support quality evaluation.
  • A PayPal account is required to receive payment.
  • Willingness to complete a 10- to 15-minute assessment test to determine suitability for AI tasks.
