Description

  • Write detailed outlines of regularly performed administrative workflows.
  • Describe one task in depth, focusing on a single process rather than an overview of the entire role.
  • Document the steps, tools, information sources, decision points, and edge cases involved in the workflow.
  • Complete a short assessment to demonstrate suitability for AI task work.
  • Participate in paid tasks that require about one hour of uninterrupted work.
  • Join future related paid projects through Prolific's participant network.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Exceptional written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and the ability to translate complex workflows into structured evaluation tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Must be prepared to complete paid tasks that require one hour of uninterrupted work.
  • Willingness to work fully remotely on an ad hoc freelance basis.
  • Ability to complete a quick 10- to 15-minute skills test.
  • Experience with administrative work performed at least once a week and over a period of a few days to a few months, preferred for the workflow outline task.
