Description

  • Write detailed outlines of one regular workflow in depth.

  • Complete a quick 10- to 15-minute assessment of your skills and suitability for AI tasks.
  • Perform paid tasks that require up to one hour of uninterrupted work.
  • Train and evaluate AI models using professional administrative expertise.
  • Participate in future similar paid projects through the talent pool.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Exceptional written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and the ability to translate complex workflows into structured evaluation tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Willingness to complete a 10- to 15-minute test assessment.
  • Ability to complete paid tasks that require one hour of uninterrupted work.
  • Availability to work fully remote and on an ad hoc freelance basis.
  • Experience with workflows that are critical to your job and performed at least once a week.
  • Preferred ability to provide clear, nuanced feedback.
