  • Complete a short Japanese-language assessment after joining the talent pool.

Requirements

  • Full fluency in Japanese.
  • Fluent English for instructions and reporting.
  • Comfort holding natural, flowing conversations with new people over video calls.
  • Quiet work environment suitable for recording clear audio.
  • Good-quality headphones and microphone.
  • Friendly, easygoing communication style.
  • Teaching, interpreting, customer service, or linguistics experience is preferred.
