  • Participate in live video conversations in Japanese with other participants.
  • Discuss everyday topics naturally without scripts or performance requirements.
  • Allow conversations to be recorded for AI training and language-data research.
  • Review task details, estimated time, and compensation before accepting individual assignments.
  • Complete a language-skills assessment after joining the talent pool.

Requirements

  • Full fluency in Japanese.
  • Fluent English for instructions and reporting.
  • Comfortable holding natural conversations with new people over video calls.
  • Friendly, easygoing communication style.
  • Access to a quiet environment and good-quality headphones and microphone.
  • Teaching, interpreting, customer service, or linguistics experience is a plus.
