Description

  • Write detailed outlines of regular workflows and single-task processes.
  • Describe one recurring work task in depth, including steps, tools, information sources, decision points, and edge cases.
  • Complete a short assessment test to demonstrate suitability for AI training tasks.
  • Train and evaluate AI models using professional administrative experience.
  • Take on paid tasks that require up to one hour of uninterrupted work.
  • Accept projects on an ad hoc, freelance basis and choose which assignments to work on.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience as an Executive Assistant, Partner, or in a similar role.
  • Exceptional written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and the ability to translate complex workflows into structured evaluation tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to provide clear, nuanced feedback.
  • Prepared to complete a 10- to 15-minute skills test.
  • Willingness to complete paid tasks that require one hour of uninterrupted work.
  • Experience with administrative workflows (preferred).
